Reservations & Cancellations

  • All reservations over $100 require a credit card, gift card or cash deposit.
  • A 24 hour notice is required to cancel or change a reservation.
  • Cancellations without a 24 hour notification will incur 1/2 the full charge of the reserved services.
  • Any NO SHOW appointments will incur the FULL COST of the reserved services.

 

Spa Etiquette

  • Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your reservation time.  Late arrivals cannot be guaranteed a full length service and will be charged for a full service.
  • For the comfort of our guests, please turn off your cell phone or turn the volume to vibrate.
  • Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult.

 

Payment, Refunds & Exchanges

  • We accept cash, check, VISA, Master Card, and Discover
  • Pricing is subject to change without notice.
  • No refunds will be issued on product and gift certificate purchases.
  • Exchanges will be offered for product returns.
  • $25 will be charged for each returned check.
